CAROLINA PIEDMONT SEMINAR SERIES: PLANTS OF THE PIEDMONT
Dates: March 25th, April 29th, May 27th
10:00 am - 11:30 am at the Museum of York County
Curious about the plants in your backyard? Join us for a seminar series where you will learn how to identify native, invasive, and endangered plant species of the Piedmont through nature walks and hands-on activities.
Pre-registration is required and is non-refundable
Seminar Series is recommended for ages 12 and older.
Cost is $5 for CHM members or $10 for non-members for each session
Saturday, March 25th - Native Species: Learn about natives species through a nature walk and presentation.
Saturday, April 29th - Flowers & their Pollinators: Explore wildflowers and other flowering species of the Piedmont.
Saturday, May 27th - Invasive Species: Learn how to identify invasive species, how to manage them, and why they are problematic for native wildlife.
