10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

At this fun-filled camp join the quest and explore the amazing variety of habitats found across South Carolina!  Through hands-on activities, nature walks, games, and crafts, campers will learn how plants and animals depend on these special environments.
Chips and /or fruit snacks and water will be provided at break at noon.

Pre-registration is required: ages 6 -12
Cost is $10.00 for CHM members and 15.00 for non-members  for each session and you must sign up for each session you are attending.

July 21 - Coastal Zone Adventures - Discover sandy beaches, salt marshes, and the barrier islands.  Learn about sea turtle nesting, crabs and shorebirds. 

July 22 - Piedmont Explorers - Investigate our rolling hills, forests, and streams.  Learn about all the wonderful animals that live outside our front doors.

July 23 - Mountain Marvels - Climb (in our imaginations) into the Blue Ridge Mountains and learn about black bears, salamanders, and other wonderful mountain creatures.

July 24 - Wetland wonders - Explore the swamps and cypress forests that make our state.

This is a drop-off program parents can either stay and visit the Museum with General Admission or come back at 2:00 p.m. to pick up.

Capacity is limited, and we anticipate programs will fill quickly. Tickets are valid on the date selected.  Ticket sales end on Friday, July 17.   All sales are final, tickets are non-refundable.  Ticket sales for missed program will be considered a donation to the Culture & Heritage Museums.
